Kol Matia was born from a shared vision between Kevin Peter and Meenakshi S - a vision of creating a therapeutic space that honors the depth of human experience while remaining firmly grounded in psychological science.
The name "Kol Matia" reflects our philosophy of seeing the whole person. Our approach integrates evidence-based practices with a deeply human connection that acknowledges your unique experiences, challenges, and strengths.

Kevin Peter
Clinical Psychologist, Co-founder
With over 15 years of clinical experience, Kevin brings a thoughtful, evidence-based approach to his practice. His specialties include anxiety disorders, trauma recovery, and mindfulness-based cognitive therapy.
Kevin believes that the therapeutic relationship is a powerful catalyst for change, and he works collaboratively with clients to foster insight, resilience, and authentic growth.
Meenakshi S
Clinical Psychologist, Co-founder
Meenakshi combines her training in psychodynamic therapy, cognitive behavioral approaches, and relational psychology to create a holistic therapeutic experience. Her areas of focus include relationship issues, depression, and life transitions.
Known for her warm presence and deep intuition, Meenakshi creates a safe space where clients can explore their inner worlds and discover new possibilities for healing and growth.
